She's been fortunate to work on many global beauty brands, including Gillette, Clinique, L'Oreal, Nexxus, Vichy, La Roche-Posay and St. Ives. She loves building teams, reinventing cultures and creating disruption. In addition to Co-Founding MASAMI, Lynn also founded the Conscious Beauty Collective in 2022 to help indie beauty and wellness brands join forces to help each other grow.
